Signed agreement and payment from client prior to packaging the loan modification to the lender.

Evaluation

We may need additional financial documents from the client, the current lender or the servicer.

Proposal

Once a plan has been made, an Executive Summary is submitted to the Lender with supporting documents.

Lender Response & Closeout

The clients’ lender will confirm receipt of the proposal and respond with an offer. REID provides the Close Out Letter.
